Write a new entry.- Janaury 7th, 2011 To: Caregivers and Staff at Signature Health Care of Orange Park. Many, many thanks will never be said enough to all of you for the care and love that was shown over the last three years while our Vadie Woodson was living at Signature. She considered Signature her home and we were reminded of this when she returned from the hospital in May of 2010. As the paramedics brought her back she yelled from the stretcher in the parking lot, "I'm HOME." We consider the many friendships that we have made with you all to continue and hope the good memories of Vadie will bring a smile to your face.
