Our nursing team is committed to providing quality care to our residents and achieving great medical outcomes. Our acuity-based staffing model helps us to determine when to increase staffing levels beyond state requirements, and has contributed to our 5 star rating by the Agency for Health Care Administration. Our clinical expertise includes our Respiratory Specialty Program specializing in COPD, pneumonia, and tracheotomy care; and we are the only “Parkinson’s Proficient Community” in all of north Florida.
